Social Media Terms and Conditions
By using our products or services and submitting content to our social media channels, you grant us permission to use your content for promotional advertising. However, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, contain offensive or defamatory material, or violate any laws or regulations. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our products or services and your submission of content to our social media channels. This includes any costs we may incur in defending ourselves against any claims made by third-parties regarding the content you submitted.
User Generated Content (UGC) Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions outline our intended use for your user generated content. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are granting permission for Bluestone National Part Resort to use your UGC for social media, marketing, promotional and advertising purposes. You are also granting permission for us to share your UGC with third parties.
About User Generated Content
Our guests create amazing content for social media during their breaks, and occasionally we may wish to share their videos, images, graphics, captions, social handles, or other media with our audiences and sometimes third parties.
If we are interested in using your content we will first ask for your permission by commenting on, or responding to your content and providing a link to our Social Media Terms and Conditions. By responding to our comment with “#YesBluestone”, “#YesWellSpa” or “#YesBlackPoolMill” you are agreeing that we have your permission to share your content, and that you agree to these T’s and C’s.

Using one of our branded hashtags above makes your content easier for us to find. This allows us to search for and see all User Generated Content that have used the hashtag. If we are interested in using your content, we will first ask for your permission to use it as outlined above.
UGC Guidelines
User Generated Content is monitored and moderated by Bluestone’s Social Media Team. Bluestone will not share content that we know contains any of the following:
a. Copyrighted and/or trademarked material: please do not upload any content that infringes or might infringe the rights of a third party. (This includes the use of third party: logos, company names, TV or film scenes, works of art, photos, videos or excerpts).
b. Abusive or offensive content: do not upload any content that could be deemed as harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, inflammatory, discriminatory, profane, or bullying.
c. Impersonation: Do not impersonate any other person, company, or account.
d. Privacy & confidential: do not upload anything that includes confidential details which can be used to identify an individual. This includes: work or home address, card details, booking ref, date of birth etc.
e. Captions and comments: ensure that anything that is presented as fact is truthful and that opinions are authentic.
f. Advertising: do not advertise or promote products, goods or services in any content. Do not include links to external sites or products.
Bluestone’s use of UGC
Bluestone is not obligated to use any UGC and reserve the right to edit, delete or remove content at any time.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you grant us royalty-free, irrevocable, licence to use, share, edit, broadcast or publish your content for any purpose including promotional purposes, advertising, social media and marketing. Whilst we have permission to use your content, you will retain legal ownership of your content.
By consenting to the use of your UGC as per these T’s and C’s, you waive the right to: royalty payments in relation to the content and any right to review or object to Bluestone’s use of the content thereafter.
Assurances
In providing your consent you confirm that:
• You have read these terms and conditions, have the right and authority to agree and agree to be bound by them.
• Your content will not infringe on any intellectual property
or copyrights.
• You have consent from any third parties who appear in your content and have their permission to share their likeness or personal data.
