From Monday, 3rd June until 1st September 2024, the Summer Festival bursts into life with activities and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.

Start your day the Bluestone way at Wake up & Wiggle! Head to the Cloud Theatre to see how we kick things off at the Summer Festival. Our cast of kooky entertainers will be waiting to wiggle you awake with song, dance, and a whole lot of laughter. You're not still dreaming; that really is a dancing teddy bear!
Wake up & WiggleOur entertainers will take you on an adventure that you'll tell along with them, with lots of stretchy silliness and flexible fun. An interactive story told through a twist on tradition, with some of the entertainer's *unique* new poses thrown in, Stretch & Flex is a marvellous mix of exercise and entertainment.
Turn up the volume and move your feet to the Summer Band's rhythm and beats! The band's colourful crew will teach you all the skills you need to become an expert musician, learning how to play to the rhythm and create your own tunes. Musical games and interactive fun develop your skills as you team up with your fellow musical mates to close out the session with your own performance!
Musical MayhemAt the Bubbleology bar in the Serendome, the bubble-o-logists are swishing up the biggest, blobby, bubbliest bubbles they can. Watch out as they take over the play area to test out their creations with some seriously silly bubble play.
Kick off the evening celebrations with a fun-packed hour where little ones get lively, and their big people can kick back (or get involved themselves!). Our crazy crew of entertainers will randomly pick games from the spin board, each with a unique theme. Pirates, wizards, fairies and more can all turn up at Kids Hour!
Can you hear the sound of drumbeats heading your way? The sound of laughter and the rhythm of dancing feet? That sound you're hearing is the musical movements of the Summer Parade! Led by the friendly Red Dragon, the Summer Parade dances around the Serendome with live drumming and bright, vibrant entertainers and flags. Get swept along to the beat of the parade and the song of summer fun.
As the summer sun sets, head to the Cloud Theatre down at the Serendome as the party continues at the Summer Soiree. Join us for an evening packed with dancing and live music. Get in the party mood with sweet summer cocktails, and fuel up for party time with scrumptious street food.
The world is your canvas! Join our entertainers down at the Village with jumbo chalk and musical madness and colour the town red (or pink, or blue or any colour of the rainbow). Let your creativity go wild and create temporary art installations on the Village streets, turning the paths and roads into a brilliantly bright, unique art display!
Sit back and relax or get up and move your feet as the Village comes alive with the Party In The Park! Enjoy live music and feel the festival's fun.
Take a stroll amongst the flowers and the trees and collect what nature provides to craft your crown. Become woodland royalty and wear your little piece of natural beauty.
There's magic waiting in the woods of Bluestone. The fairies and hobbits make their home under branches and over the soil! The magical woodland folk use what they gather around them to make their houses, clothes, and even their wands! Head down into the woods and join these curious creatures for a creative crafting session, where you can make your very own Willow Wand and join in the magic!
Willow WandsMake some waves at Summer Splash! Joined by a crew of partying pirates, swashbuckle into inflatable festivities under the roof of the sub-tropical Blue Lagoon. The Summer Splash is full of pool party games and challenges, vibrant vibes and splashing spectacle. Dive in and feel the fun!
