When can I book my free activities?

You'll receive an email to the email address you provided when booking (likely from 6 January 2026) which will outline when these activities are available to book.  

How can I book my free activities?

After you’ve received the email from us (likely from 6 January 2026) outlining that these sessions are now available to book, you’ll be able to book them online or over the phone (01834 862400 Mon-Sat 9am-4:30pm).  

When does this Christmasland 2026 limited time offer end?

This is a limited time flash offer and is subject to limited availability. Once these activity sessions have reached maximum capacity, the offer will end immediately. We reserve the right to close this offer at any time.  

Are there any dates/breaks this offer does not apply to?

This offer does not apply to any breaks under 3-nights, any 2025 Christmas breaks, or any 2026 Christmas breaks arriving from Friday 18 December 2026.  

I’ve already booked for 2026, am I entitled to these free activities?

For 2026 Christmas breaks (3-nights or more) arriving November 2 – December 14, yes! Keep an eye out on your inbox for an email from us (likely from 6 January 2026) with details on how to book your free Santa’s Lodge, Elf School, and Christmas Show sessions for all of your party members. For breaks arriving on either side of the above dates, no – your break is not eligible for the offer.  

How will I know if I've got activities included in my break?

All breaks of 3 nights or more, arriving from November the 2nd to December the 14th 2026 are eligible for free activities (subject to availability).  

Why can’t I book my free activities until January 2026?

Our elves and busy making magic for our guests that are currently on resort, they are working hard behind the scenes to get everything setup and ready for our Christmasland in 2026.
